Santa Maria Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking a well-qualified Sales/Finance Manager.

This is a hybrid position with a primary role as Sales Manager while backing up the Finance Manager on days-off and overflow during busy times.

Come be a part of a team environment with great working hours and always closed on Sunday.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Strong ability to desk and close deals.
• Working knowledge of finance and after market sales
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and develop sales staff.
• Set individual sales goals with sales staff, track progress, and manage to achieve and exceed their goals
• Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity.
• Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

*$100,000-$180,000 annual pay potential

*Must pass drug and background check

*Must have current sales license and current driver’s license
